Display Plan Oral B Toothbrushes

The brief

Display Plan asked us to create 6 giant metallic pink electric toothbrushes, with stands, for part of oral health displays in various Boots stores.

Prop process images

  1. Moulding a giant Oral B toothbrush form with a clay wall, and rubber pour.
  2. Painting the heads of the toothbrush bristles.
  3. The toothbrush heads and stands ready to go.
  4. Toothbrushes in the spray room being masked off for the final lacquer finish.
  5. Attaching the accessories and screen to the main body of the toothbrush prop.
  6. Applying the final touches to the toothbrush prop.

The Process

We created a mould from a supplied toothbrush prop from the client, to create 6 more as well as 6 stands too, once finished and painted we applied a screen and the bristles and the buttons.

The Result

The large toothbrushes looked great with their metallic finish and stood out in their final display locations.
